I can`t remove a product from the list that I do not want anymore, how do I remove it?

How do I pay, what payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal including PayPal-accepted creditcards and VISA/Mastercard without PayPal-account.

How long will it take until my order is shipped?
It depends, please read ”Service” for more information.

What fees do you have?
We have a flat 500yen processing & handling fee per order.

Will you take a picture of my order before it is shipped?
Yes, we always take a picture before we ship, you will get it by e-mail.

I am looking for a product but you do not have it, can you get it for me?
Please send an email to us through ”Contact” and we will see what we can do.

Is it possible to add addresses to my account (I want to be able to ship to two other places)?
Yes, you can add up to five (5) addresses in ”My account”.

Can I view my order/orders somewhere?
Yes, in ”My account” you can easily view every order you have made.

Where is my order shipped from?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do!

How long time does the shipping take?
It depends, please read ”Service” for more information.

How will I be able to track my package?
If your order has the type of shipping that includes a tracking number then we will send it to you by e-mail once the package is shipped. For more information on this matter please go to ”Service”.
